Water Based Washable Filters reduce the cost of replacing Filters from Traditional Pollution Control Units. The Smoke Zapper is designed to handle soot/odor emissions from wood and coal red ovens. Each Smoke Zapper model manufactures an induced draft matched to the appropriate oven size which in most installations creates an adequate negative pressure system without the use of an additional fan. The naturally created draft is built to match the needs of a solid fuel oven without cooling the oven or allowing smoke to escape through the oven mouth.
